In this project we follow the Social Model of Disability, believing that disabled people must be involved in developing solutions, especially in leading the way by identifying specific problems and sharing solutions that work.  An online training about the original models of disability (Social and Medical) 

In Turkey, a text with 4 models given by Elisabeth Standen (Bristol University) is used to identify the information+understanding aspects of attitudes to disability.   Models of disability were developed over time by disabled people. The rationale provided has allowed a better understanding of ever stronger models of good practice.
