To achieve project aims , participants will

• Collaborate with other individuals and organisations that teach English to disabled learners in target countries (Bulgaria, Poland, Turkey, USA)
• Collate examples of best practice from each country
• Develop disabled role models more confident in speaking English

Two meetings will be held:

• An initial meeting will connect participants through video conference, to launch the program and decide on criteria and targets
• A final meeting will discuss the final outcomes and make suggestions for further work

The final report will be published online, and linked to relevant websites
